2) Record indicates that, ad-interim-relief was granted by this Court by Order dated 21st October, 2016. It was continued vide Order dated 21st November, 2016.
3) On 29th January, 2018 when the matter was listed before this Court, learned Advocate Mr. Sovani appeared for Respondent No.1 and sought for copy of the Petition which learned Advocate for the Petitioner undertook to supply and the Petition stood over to 16th February, 2018. On 16th February, 2018 the Petition was adjourned. Thereafter, the Petition is not circulated.
4) Aforesaid indicates that, the Petitioner is not sincerely interested to pursue this Petition. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
