The present Application is taken out by the State of Maharashtra, seeking condonation of 10 days delay in filing the Criminal Appeal, being aggrieved by the Judgment and order of acquittal dated 10/05/2023, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No.38 of 2021. 2.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.Gavand for the State.
