By this Civil Application, applicant/claimant is seeking condonation of 100 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 21/01/2015 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaisingpur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 20 of 2013.
