On 16th July 2018, when the matter was called out, none appeared for petitioners. Today also none present for petitioners. 2.

Present writ petition takes exception to impugned order dated 7th July 2017 passed by learned District Judge, Pandharpur, District Solapur in Appeal No.73 of 2014, thereby confirming order dated 22nd September 2014 passed below Exhibit 31 in Regular Civil Suit No.452 of 2011, granting temporary injunction against petitioners-defendants. Apparently, injunction order granted against petitioners is in force from 2014. There is no interim order passed in this writ petition. Therefore, it appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting present writ petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
