Learned A.P.P. on instructions submits that the Petitioner No.1 - Bharat Mrugendra Patil and the Petitioner No.3- Koushik Bharat Patil have expired.

This Petition for quashing of the F.I.R. registered with Vishrambaug Police Station, Sangli for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471, 474 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (I.P.C.) is filed in the year 2014.

It is alleged that the Petitioners entered into an agreement for sale in respect of the Plot No. 13560, admeasuring 669.7 mtrs. with the complainant. The Petitioners then sold very same plot of land to Annasaheb Kallappa Upadhe, Asandas Radhakrushna Nanwani, Milind Ramrao Patil by executing bogus agreements for sale. Thereafter, on 3rd October 2013 the said plot was sold to one Mr. Milind Ramrao Patil, which was a hollow agreement of sale. The complainant therefore filed the complaint alleging that on the basis of false documents, the Petitioners have cheated the complainant.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the trial has already commenced. 5.
In the facts of the present case, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition, considering the nature of allegations. 6.
The Writ Petition is rejected.
