Learned Counsel for the petitioner has taken out praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 23rd June, 2015. 2.

The petitioner had filed the above petition for two prayers. (i) Transfer of investigation from Mahabaleshwar Police Station to State CID, in C.R.No.16 of 2014 registered with Mahabaleshwar Police Station.

(ii) Quashing and setting aside C.R. No.17 of 2014 registered with pps

So far as C.R.No.17 of 2014 is concerned, the investigation is already completed and "B" Summary report was filed. Accordingly, statement is made by the learned APP. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the "B" Summary report in C.R.No.17 of 2014 did not press relief in respect of C.R.No.16 of 2014. Inadvertently, said statement was not recorded in th said order. Hence in first para of the said order, add following statement. "Petitioner does not press the relief in respect of C.R.No.16 of 2014". Similarly, in para 2, third line after the word "C.R." and before the word "B Summary" , the words "No.17 of 2014" be added.
