The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 4th March 2023 passed by Judge, Family Court, Kolhapur below Exhibit16 in Petition No.A-117 of 2019, thereby granting interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to Respondent from date of Application.

On 18th August 2025, when Writ Petition was called, none appeared for Petitioner. Therefore, notice was issued on Court's Motion. The office note shows that as per Bailiff report dated 19th September 2025, notice has been duly served upon Petitioner. Suresh 1/2

Apparently, Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
