27-WP-4689-2022.odt Learned A.P.P states that the proceedings initiated as against the petitioners has been closed on 7th February 2023. Learned A.P.P has tendered a report of the Special Executive Magistrate, Sindhudurga, Oros, dated 7th February 2023 evidencing the same. The same is taken on record. Since the proceedings initiated have been closed, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
