The Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the First Appeal in view of the Consent Terms. Respondent has no objection for the said withdrawal. The Appellant is permitted to withdraw the First Appeal.

3) Accordingly, the First Appeal and C.A.'s are disposed of being withdrawn in terms of Consent Terms. 4) Court Fee be refunded as per the Rules.
