Heard. By filing this petition, the Petitioner has raised a dispute about the apportionment of compensation amount for acquisition of the subject land. The learned AGP, on instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that within the period of two weeks from today, dispute regarding the apportionment of compensation amount would be referred to the District Court at Ratnagiri and in the meanwhile the compensation amount will not be disbursed. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 2.
