1] The dispute is in between parents-in-law and the daughter-in-law, relating to apportionment of the amount of compensation.

2] It is submitted that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties. The parents-in-law have agreed to accept 60% of the amount of compensation, and respondent No.1 daughter-in-law has agreed to accept 40% amount of compensation. As regards, 1/2

31 FAST 25886 OF 2017.odt T.D.S., if any, it is settled between the parties that respondent No.1 daughter-in-law would be entitled to get it.

3] Accordingly the consent terms filed by the parties, is taken on record. It is marked as "X" for identification. Appellant Nos. 1 & 2 and respondent No.1, are present before this Court and they admit the contents of the consent terms.

4] In view of Consent Terms, the Appeal is disposed off. The decree be drawn in terms of consent terms.

5] Issue Court fee certificate as per rules.

6] In view of disposal of First Appeal itself, pending Civil Application therein no more survives and the same is disposed off accordingly.
