Under instructions from the Petitioner who is present in person in Court, learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition for the reason in view of the interim stay granted by this Court, the Respondents have withdrawn the impugned order dated 31.08.2007. The Petitioner continues to work as Assistant Teacher under Respondent No.5 i.e. School established by the said Respondents. 2.
