Mr. Chavan, learned counsel states that, the order dated 15th March, 2023 has been erroneously passed in the Civil Application No.211 of 2011 and that, it should have been passed in the Interim Application No.19952 of 2022. 4.

Therefore, the cause title of the order dated 15th March, 2023 be corrected as Interim Application No.19952 of 2022 and corrected order be uploaded.

Time to carry out amendment as granted by order dated 6th February, 2023 is extended by eight weeks from today.
