This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal no. 181 of 2004 on the ground that applicant no.1a Smt. Rohini Chandrakant Shedge is Senior Citizen of 68 years. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants, the averments made in the Application and as office note shows that Second Appeal is ready for final hearing, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Hearing of Second Appeal no. 181 of 2004 is expedited.
