Heard Mr. Mandar Limaye, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms.Raje Bhosale Gauri, learned counsel for respondents no.1.1 to 1.5.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 37 days in filing Review Petition. By order dated 15.11.2014, Rule was issued. Ms. Gauri opposed this application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and for the

2/2 CAO/228/2014 reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Office is directed to register Review Petition, if it is otherwise ready.
