This is an Application for condonation of delay of three days in fling the Cri. Appeal (St) No. 16140 of 2022. The Applicant was convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi in Spl Case (POCSO) No. 6 of 2018 vide Judgment & Order dated 07.07.2022. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant belongs to a poor family is a daily wages earning labourer and therefore, he could not immediately engage an Advocate.
