Application is moved for bail as the applicant-accused is facing charges under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC. He has committed murder of one Ashok Bhosale on 7.4.2014. The case is based on circumstantial evidence. It is submitted that the trial has already begun and two witnesses are examined. Under such circumstances, submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant-accused on the basis of instructions given by Mr. Mane, need not be gone into and the application need not be considered on merits.
