The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with the passage of time there has now been change in the constitution of the Managing Committee of the petitioner no.1-Trust. He submits that the petitioner no.2-school as well as the respondent no.5school though situated in the same village are running their respective schools. When the writ petition was filed, it was the grievance of the petitioners that the respondent no.5 should be restrained from conducting educational activities as the same were likely to adversely affect the petitioner no.2-school. There was however no interim relief granted in the writ petition. 1/2

In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to examine the merits of the challenge raised in this petition after of lapse almost 18 years. Needless to state that in case of a fresh grievance arising as regards the conduct of the respondent no.5-school, the petitioners are free to take appropriate legal steps.
