This contempt petition is taken out by the Petitioner claiming breach or disobedience of an order of reinstatement and payment of back wages. After filing of the contempt petition, the Respondents reinstated the Petitioner. Even part back wages were paid to him. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the court that the Respondents have now paid by demand draft the balance sum of Rs.3,00,000/ which was outstanding. He, accordingly, does not press this petition. Contempt Petition is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
