After his arrest on August 9, 2017 in crime No.171/2017 for offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code 3(25), 39 of the Arms Act and section 32(3) of Arms Rules registered with Velapur police station, Solapur, the applicant is seeking regular bail. 3.

The investigation in the matter is completed and the

It is the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that in absence of any motive as the victim died of a single bullet injury, the applicant is entitled for his release on bail. 5.

The eye witnesses and material on record consistently refer to the involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. There is sufficient material on record against the applicant. In view thereof, no case is made out for bail. The application stands rejected.
