This is an application for condonation of delay of 77 days in flinn the Revision Application anainst conviction. 2.

The learned Counsel for applicant submitted that in pursuance of conviction Warrant issued by the trial Court, applicant has been taken into custody for undernoinn sentence and therefore applicant could not immediately preferred Revision Application.

In view thereof, the delay in flinn present application is condoned.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
