One of the prayer sought in the Petition is to direct Respondent No.1 District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Kolhapur to consider representations of Petitioners made vide their letters dated 20th July 2022, 6th August 2022 and 13th August 2022. We note that the Petition has been affirmed on 20th September 2022, a month after the last representation and two months after the first representation. Mr.Thorat states Respondent No.1 will have lot of such applications to decide, and, therefore, would not have been able to Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

If there are any other representations filed by Respondent Nos.2,3 or 4 relating to the same subject matter of this Petition, Respondent No.1 shall dispose those as well along with the representations filed by Petitioners.

A personal hearing be granted and the notice of personal hearing to be communicated atleast five working days in advance. Petition disposed.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on merits of the matter.

Mr.Yadav and Mr.Lahankar state that they shall address a communication to Respondent No.1 to tag their representations as well alongwith Petitioners' representations.
