2] In view of the averments in the civil application, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). This restoration is subject to the condition that the applicant takes steps within two weeks from today to serve the respondent nos. 1(c), 4 and 10(a). If no steps are taken within the stipulated period, then the CRA shall stand dismissed as against the said respondents without further reference to this Court.
