Thane to learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Ratnagiri. Though served, none appeared for the respondent. Hence, I am deciding this matter on merit.

The applicant stays at Ratnagiri. The distance between Ratnagiri and Kalyan is around 400 Kms. The applicant has no source of income. It is settled principle of law that convenience of wife has to be considered over the convenience of the husband. Iresh

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I. The application is allowed.

II. Marriage Petition No. 282 of 2025 pending before learned Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan Dist. Thane be transferred to learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Ratnagiri.
