The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are transferred at inconvenient place and not in accordance with provisions of Circular dated 28th June 2018. The petitioners have made representations with the Chief Executive Offcer of the Zillha Parishad. It is submitted that the said representations are yet not considered.

The learned AGP appears for respondent No.1. We have heard learned Advocate for the Zillha Parishad. 3.

In case the representations of petitioners are pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously preferably within six weeks.
