On 14th October 2025, learned AGP has raised objection that impugned order in this Petition has been subjected to review before Hon'ble Minister, whereas the present Petition has been filed against the same order by Power of Attorney Holder of Petitioner Nos.1 to 4. In response to aforesaid objection, the present Petition sought to be withdrawn with liberty in favour of Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 to prosecute their remedies, as permissible under law.

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
