In view of the fact that FIR being No. 0305 has been registered by the Vijapurnaka Police Station, Solapur City on 7th June 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 143, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the grievance of the Petitioner in the above Petition can be said to have been assuaged. There is, therefore, no warrant to keep the above Petition pending. A copy of the said FIR has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
