Learned AGP requested for some time to seek instructions. However, learned counsel for the respondent - Management appears and submits that they are ready to send the proposal for absorption of the petitioner as full time teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the decision of this Court dated 23rd July 2025 in Vaishali Gunwantrao Patil Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ Petition No.624 of 2024. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Management assures that proposal will be submitted to the Deputy Director of Education within a period of two weeks from today for absorption of the petitioner as a full time teacher.

The Deputy Director of Education shall decide the proposal so submitted within a period of six weeks therefrom by a reasoned order, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
