The Petitioner seeks challenge to order dated 11th June 2025 passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, thereby directing recovery of amount from Petitioner. The Petitioner has alternate remedy to challenge order in appeal before Divisional Commissioner, in light of Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1964.

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to file appeal.

If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, time consumed in prosecuting present Petition be considered for counting limitation.
