The petitioner has filed this petition seeking certain enquiries into the affairs of respondent No.2, which is a Marathi medium school.

2] The petitioner does not claim to be a parent of a student taking education in the respondent No.2 school. To a specific query raised as to whether the petitioner has filed this petition seeking

YBG 48­wp­1277­14 public interest, learned Counsel for petitioner fairly states that the same is not a public interest litigation.

3] In that view the issue of locus could be relevant. A busybody cannot be permitted to raise any grievance except in a PIL, if such a litigation satisfies the requirement of PIL. Hence, this petition is rejected.
