The Civil Application is filed for modification of order dated 1st
2/3 15caw1971.18.doc September, 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.6775/2015. Perused record and order passed by Division Bench of this Court (Coram: Naresh H. Patil & S.B.Shukre,JJ) dated 1st September, 2015 in Writ Petition No.6775/2015. Paragraph3 of the order reads as under: "The learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Council submits that the administration has prevented immersion in two tanks and one another tank which is known as "Mangalwar Tale" owned and under control by private individual. We also perused the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 8th February, 2011 in Writ Petition No.5644 of 2005 (Coram: D.B.Bhosale & R.M.Borde,JJ). The order refers to the framing of guidelines for idol immersion, by the Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment and Forests. The learned AGP submits that the District Administration will take necessary steps to implement the relevant laws framed for the subject purpose."

The learned Counsel submits that this year for immersion of
3/3 15caw1971.18.doc Lord Ganesh idols,a private property namely 'Mangalwar Tale' owned by Royal family at Satara be allowed to be used as family has permitted the Corporation for use of said Talav. 3.
The affidavitinreply is filed on behalf of respondent no.3 of Deputy Superintendent of Police, EOW, Satara stating that pursuant to order dated 1st September, 2015, the District Administrator has taken necessary steps for immersion of Lord Ganesh idols. 4.
In view of the order passed on 1st September, 2015, we do not find that any further modification is necessary. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
