The petitioners (original defendants) are challenging order dated 12th August 2014 passed by the Appellate Court granting injunction against them restraining them from disturbing the plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. Since last 10 years, there is injunction running against the petitioners; hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioner on merits can be raised at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition stands disposed of. 2.

Hearing of the suit is expediated.
