The petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing and setting aside the letter dated 23rd August 2013 vide which the application of the petitioner dated 12th August 2013 for engaging services of lawyer in an appeal came to be rejected. 2] A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the application is rejected on the ground that there is no provision for permitting a lawyer to represent aggrieved party.

YBG 46­wp­568­14 3] It is neither the case of the petitioner that the authority which was exercising the appellate powers was equipped with legal knowledge nor it is the case of the petitioner that other party has been granted an opportunity to be represented by a legal expert. 4] In that view of the matter, no case is made out for entertaining the petition.
