Impugned in the petition is the order dated 20th February, 2018, whereby learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur has granted interim maintenance.

Copy of the final judgment delivered in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 169 of 2016 is produced on record by the learned counsel for the Respondent, for ready reference. It is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
