The petitioner's grievance is that some of the voters who are registered in the Municipal area of Pandharpur Municipal Council do find their names in the Voters list of Village Pehe, Tal. Pandharpur. These Voters according to the petitioner shall not be allowed to participate in the election process of Gram Panchayat, Pehe, Tal. Pandharpur. The petitioner at this stage is not in a position to demonstrate that these persons had participated in Pandharpur Municipal elections. In case the petitioner is in a position to demonstrate with sufficient evidence required for the said purpose that such persons had participated in the Pandharpur

2/3 Municipal elections then an appropriate application/representation be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer/Returning Officer of the concerned region.
