We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused urgency expressed by learned counsel for the applicant in Interim Application for early hearing of the writ petition. 3.

Considering the facts of this case, hearing of the Petitions is expedited. Parties are at liberty to file propositions of law alongwith Judgments which they want to rely upon in support of their rival contentions and shall serve copies of the same to other side in advance. Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the Petitions on board under caption "For Direction" on 16th January 2023 to enable this Court for fixing an early date for final hearing.
