A praecipe has been filed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 29/6/2015. In paragraph No.2 of the said order in lines 6 and 7 from bottom the numbered "DEV­0814/CR 310/L­4" to be substituted by "DEV­ 1013/PK 295/L­4, and in line 5 from bottom of the said paragraph 2 the word "Class II" to be substituted by "Class­III". The order dated 29th June 2015 to stand corrected accordingly. The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order is accordingly disposed of.
