Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.260 of 2023 registered with Valsang Police SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Station, District - Solapur, for the offences punishable under SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2025.01.31 10:41:38 +0530 Sections 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") 3.

By an order dated 6th September, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail to the applicant. 4.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that, in the intervening period, investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been lodged.

In view of the aforesaid development, at this stage, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. Thus, the order of interim bail dated 6th September, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional court.

The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the applicant pursuant to the order passed by this Court be remitted to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate exercising jurisdiction over Valsang Police Station, alongwith interest accrued thereon. 8.

Upon receipt of the amount, the learned Magistrate shall invest the said amount in an interest bearing account and the said amount shall abide the decision in the proceedings arising out of CR No.260 of 2023. 9.

Application stands disposed.
