The order breached is dated 12th March 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5769 of 2016. Vide the said order, in para 3 this Court passed the following directions, which reads thus :- "3.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to examine the petitioner's case and in case the petitioner's claim is covered by the aforesaid order dated 5th December, 2017 the consequential benefits be extended to the Petitioner. Let the entire exercise be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. In case, the respondents conclude that the petitioner is not covered by the aforesaid order, then detail reasoned order be passed in the matter within the aforesaid period of two months and be communicated to the Petitioner.

Learned AGP submits that detailed inquiry is being conducted in the matter of appointment of the petitioner. It is further submitted that in any case, in terms of the order passed by this Court reasoned order will be passed within a period of 4 weeks from today. 3.

We are not really satisfied with the explanation offered for the delay caused in passing reasoned order in terms of the order dated 12th March 2018 passed by this Court.

Learned AGP, on instructions of the Education Officer, who is present in Court, assured us that there was no intent of willfully disobey the order passed by this Court and that the order passed by this Court will be complied with positively within a period of 4 weeks from today. 5.

Only by way of indulgence, we grant further period of 4 weeks to comply with the order dated 12th March 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5769 of 2016. The reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner.

Recording the assurance of the Education Officer, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
