Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions of Respondent No.22 - Tahasildar, Karveer, District - Kolhapur and Respondent No.23-Sub Divisional Officer, Karveer, Sub Division, Kolhapur, makes a statement, that they will not take any coercive steps, till the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner being RTS/REV/KO/198/2018, is finally decided by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. Statement

In view of the statement made by learned A.G.P, on instructions, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
The learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, shall decide the aforesaid Revision Application, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four months from the date of receipt of this order. All parties shall co-operate with the hearing of the said Revision Application. All contentions of all the parties are kept open. 6.
