This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 141 days caused in filing the appeal.

It is stated that in the Application the Applicant is in jail. It is his wife who has arranged for the filing of the Appeal. On contacting advocate she was advised to file this Appeal in this Court. Thereafter the papers were sent to the advocate at Mumbai for filing appeal in this Court. 4.

For this reasons it is stated that the delay is caused in fling the appeal. Considering the reasons and the fact that the Applicant is in jail this Court finds that a case is made out to condone the delay. Shubham Talle 1/2

Application is allowed and disposed of. The delay of 41 days caused in filing the Appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered. 6.
