The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is to decide the Representations dated 10-10-2018 & 11-12-2018 of the Petitioner under section 3C of the National Highway Act. 2.

We record the statement of the learned AGP that the aforesaid Representations of the Petitioner shall be decided by the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) expeditiously and in any event within three months from today.

It will be open for the Petitioner to submit a further Representation within a period of two weeks from today.
