After having heard for sometime, the only modification in Clause (2) of the impugned order would be as under : "The Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- within a period of one month from today before the lower Appellate Court. He shall deposit another Rs.4,00,000/- within a period of two months thereafter."

As such, the amount of Rs.14,37,195/- is reduced to Rs.11,00,000/-.

Rest of the order of the lower Appellate Court stands maintained. As requested, hearing of the appeal is expedited. Parties are at liberty to approach lower Appellate Court for the same. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures that he shall file paper-book in the lower Appellate Court within eight weeks, failing which, his appeal shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.
