Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 8th September, 2022 whereby the order of reduction in rank dated 12th May, 2022 passed against the respondent No. 1 by the petitioners - management has been stayed during the pendency of the appeal by the School Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by a further order dated 19th July, 2023 the School Tribunal has directed to list the matter for final argument and has also granted permission to the appellant/respondent No. 1 herein to file criminal proceeding against the management.

76-wp-15144-2022.doc instruction, submits that the respondent No. 1 would not file complaint as the appeal is listed for final hearing on 17th August, 2023.

In view of aforesaid statement, the petition stands disposed. 6.
The learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal is requested to make an endeavour to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

The petitioners shall not seek any adjournment before the School Tribunal on the scheduled date of hearing i.e. 17th August, 2023 or on adjourned date, if the matter is required to adjourned due to an exceptional situation.
