Petitioner, one of the accused and Respondent No.1 (Complainant) are before this Court for quashing FIR bearing C.R. No.1060 of 2017 with Satara City Police Station, Satara by consent.

Respondent No.1 has filed affidavit stating that the Petitioner happens to be his friend and he added his name alongwith accused persons as he introduced accused persons to him.

We have perused police report. FIR registered is under Section 323, 363, 392, 395, 452, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The police report also shows involvement of present Petitioner.

In this situation, in absence of other accused persons, request for settlement cannot be entertained. 6.

Petition is rejected.
