This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole appellant Hamumant Mansing More who is said to have died on 5th September, 2015.

It is submitted that right to sue survives to legal representatives of the appellant and, therefore, his legal representatives are required to be brought on record. It is also submitted that son of the appellant had a power of attorney executed in his favour by the deceased when Second Appeal No.242 of 2017 was filed.
