Mr. Singh undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent within one week from today. Undertaking accepted. Petitioners have preferred an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) and as pre-condition have to deposit Rs.15 lakhs. Mr. Agrawal states that petitioners have deposited Rs.5 lakhs but for some reason were unable to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.10 lakhs. Mr. Agrawal, on instructions states that not later than 19th October 2022, petitioners would deposit the remaining amount of Rs.10 lakhs.

The time to deposit remaining amount of Rs.10 lakhs on or before 19th October 2022 is granted. If the amount is so deposited, the appeal will get revived and DRAT will dispose the appeal on merits. Gauri Gaekwad
