The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 27.10.2013 by which order the application filed by the Petitioner for measurement of the suit property came to be rejected. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has a statutory remedy by way of an Appeal under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, there is no warrant to interdict with the impugned order. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Petition is disposed of.
