The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first informant/respondent No. 2 have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to tender the consent terms. 3.

The first informant/ respondent No. 2 and the applicant are present. They admit the contents of the consent terms and the execution thereof.

The Registry to pay the amount of Rs. 9 lakhs deposited by the applicant, to the first informant/ respondent No. 2 along with interest, if any, on proper identification.
