By this application, the applicant-State seeks lave to file appeal against the judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur, dated 5.6.2014 in Sessions Case no.26 of 2013, acquitting the respondent for offence punishable under Section 498A, 302 and 201 of Indian Penal Code. WE have heard the learned APP for the State-applicant with whose assistance we have perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. Upon such perusal, in our opinion, this is a fit case for grant of leave. Accordingly, we allow this application and grant leave as prayed for.

The appeal filed by the State stands admitted. Action under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. be taken by the Trial Court by issuing bailable warrant of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) against the respondent-accused. (G. S. KULKARNI, J.) (P.V.HARDAS, J.)
